Deepen your mind, body, and spirit connection with breathwork. Attendees will learn   a specific breathing rhythm followed by a guided practice (done lying down) that can move emotions and promote self-reflection. Join us for an 11th step meeting & event and practice gratitude in action. We will start with a mindfulness urban nature walk, followed by an 11th Step meditation meeting.  The nature walk is short and flat and will be a silent walking meditation aimed to slow down and bring attention to our bodies and surroundings.
