Deepen your mind, body, and spirit connection with breathwork. Attendees will learn   a specific breathing rhythm followed by a guided practice (done lying down) that can move emotions and promote self-reflection. Breathwork has been a staple camp experience since we started in 2018 - it is such a popular event, that we wanted to host it outside of camp too! Join us for an outdoor event to practice gratitude in action. We will start with a nature walk to a creek with swimming (wear or bring your swimsuit if you plan to swim), followed by a campfire meeting.  The nature walk is a 30-45 minute walk to and from Malibu Creek.
